Buyer Protection

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or if your item is not delivered within the Buyer Protection period. You can get the refund in 15 days after the claim process finishes.
1. Contact us
Go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the customer servers and see possible solutions.
2.Apply for Refund
If you can't come to an agreement with the seller, simply apply for a refund by opening a dispute in the order page. Be sure to do this within 15 days of your order confirmation.
3. Get Money Back in 15 Days
If the confirmation is our problem, we will refund the money to your account within 15 working days.
Terms & Conditions
Your purchase is protected if:
- The item was purchased on our platform.
- The item you received was damaged, defective, or substantially different from the item represented on the product detail page.
- Your order did not arrive not due to factors related to the buyer (for example: the wrong shipping address was provided).
- You raise a claim by opening a dispute.
- Your account is in good standing.
